Getting Back To It

I've haven't completely fallen off the edge of the Earth, but I have been busy as a bee the past month. We haven't hooked up internet at our new place yet, so blogging has been quite difficult to do.

Overall, things are settling down and we are taking a few short breaths before things really get wild in July, or maybe June, who knows...?

The move went gre.... No, wait, it wasn't so great. 100 miles down the road the Subaru broke down. The rear differential actually melted and caught fire, lucky for us I had the fire extinguisher handy in the truck to put the fire out. After we finally got the car towed into Butte, we ended up selling the car to the junkyard and rented an Explorer to finish the move. Laura's mom had come from Cheyenne to help with the move and she ended up meeting us in Butte to help pick up a few of our things - lucky for us!

We left a load of our stuff in Cheyenne and returned the next weekend to pick it up - so for a week we were living without many of our things and making due with what we had with us. Since some of the parts for the bed were in Cheyenne we spent the week at my parents house while we unpacked things at the apartment.

Here we are, a month later, and we are just finishing a lot of our unpacking! Since I am just posting a quick note, I don't have any pictures to post, but when I get a few extra minutes and some actual internet I will try to get post regularly again. Until again
